Hi, my hosting company was recently bought out and migrated to new servers.  The only difference on the new servers is they are using MySQL 5.0 where the old servers were using MySQL 4.x.  I now get the following error on login screens:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /<server path>/includes/tng/tNG.inc.php on line 154

So, I'm wondering if it because of MySQL 5.0, or there might be something else different like in the php.ini filecausing this error. The error above leads to the KT_session_start() function.

Thanks for any help.

Hi Gerald,

Did you get this sorted?

I would think it is something in the ini file as I do my own hosting and currently on mysql 5 and everything is working 5/5
