Technote Details :: Problem sending e-mail from template

When I try t send an e-mail message using MX Send E-mail that uses content from a file, I get an error message saying Error: Internal error: The template file could not be opened. (EMAIL_NO_TEMPLATE)

This happens because when adding the Send E-mail server behavior to the page in Dreamweaver, a file from the local folder structure has been selected as template. However, the template file was not also uploaded to the server with the page, and so it cannot be found.

In order to solve this issue, there are two ways you can act:

1. Upload the file used as template to the server, using the same relative path to the page that contains the send e-mail trigger as on the local structure
2. Edit the page in Dreamweaver, and remove the template file. Instead, write the message content directly in the user interface text area, using static and dynamic data.
