Issue
Chart images do not appear, or appear incorrectly.
Reason
This happens because not all perequisites for the use of MX Dynamic Charts have been met. Charts are in fact images that are generated through the use of image handling components. You must have the following components installed in order to be able to generate and display charts:
- If you are using the PHP_ADODB or PHP_MySQL server models, you should have the GD2 image library installed on the server (PHP 4.3.0+).
- If you are using the ASP_VBScript server model, you should have the .NET Framework installed and the ASP.NET extension enabled for the IIS server.
Solution
In order to solve this issue, you should install the correct library for your particular server model, and enable its use with the scripting server.
