Technote Details :: Charts do not show up on page
Issue
When accesing pages that should display dynamic charts, nothing is displayed, or I get an error message saying that the file could not be found.
Reason
This happens because the actual charts are temporary images, created by the MX Dynamic Charts code, and which are stored in the charts_Img folder. This folder is located inside the includes/MXCharts folder. If write permissions are not granted on the folder, image creation fails, and nothing (or the error message) is displayed on page.
Solution
To solve this issue, open the site's remote folder and grant write permissions for the user running the server-side scripts. This way, temporary images will be created.
