Technote Details :: My site does not display thumbnails
Issue
When visiting a page where the Show thumbnail with the Apply watermark option has been applied, I get an error message and no images are shown:
Error applying watermark. Image processing library is not available or does not support operation.
Reason
This happens because the image library you have configured for your site is not available, or its version does not respect the minimum required to apply watermarks.
Solution
First you have to check what image library you have configured for the site. To do so, open a site page in Dreamweaver and from the InterAKT Control Panel > Required server libraries check the library name.
Using the name you just found out, check on your server the installed version and make sure it is greater than the one specified here. Update any required libraries, or switch to a newer one that is installed on the server and the problem will be solved.
