Technote Details :: I get an error saying: failed to open stream

Issue

After creating a page with MX Calendar (nugget or view), when I ty to preview the page in a browser, I get the following error messages:

Warning: main(includes/tng/tNG.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /<site root>/untitled.php on line 4
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'includes/tng/tNG.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/lib/php/PEAR') in /<site root>/untitled.php on line 4

Reason

This happens because you have the  MX Kollection 3.0.1 installed. MX Calendar is not compatible with MX Kollection 3.0.1, due to some server side code changes. Users that do not have MX Kollection installed are not affected by this issue.

Solution

In order for the extension to work correctly with MX Kollection, you should upgrade to MX Kollection 3.1, which is available in the My account section of the InterAKT website.

After installing MX Kollection 3.1, from the InterAKT Control Panel, open the Update includes folder section, and update the version for all products used on the site (they should be automatically selected).

Next make sure you upload the new includes folder to the remote folder, and try to preview the page in a browser once more. It should work just fine.
