Technote Details :: My dates are not converted correctly to the database format

I have MX Widgets installed. I have set a screen format and a database format for the date and time, but when I submit a date in a widget enhanced control, it does not get converted between the screen format in which it was entered, and the database format.

This happens because date conversion is performed server-side, before saving data into the database. If ImpAKT is not installed and does not handle the actual data submission process, then the conversion code is not added.

To avoid this issue, if you only have MX Widgets installed, without ImpAKT, you must set the screen and database format to the same value.
