Technote Details :: ADODB support missing on Linux servers

ADODB seems to be installed already with Windows, but it is not available on Linux.

The ADODB present in Windows is not the same as the PHP_ADODB server model added by PHakt. PHakt is a collection of PHP classes that help connect to various database servers in a standard way.

In order to install ADODB on the server, you must upload the PHakt files to the server. If using Dreamweaver to define the ADODB database connections, the files are automatically uploaded to the testing server you specify.
