Technote Details :: HTTP Error Code 401 Unauthorized: when using PHAKT 2

I get an error message saying "HTTP Error Code 401 Unauthorized" when working with the PHAKT 2 server model

This happens because you have a restrict access rule defined using the .htaccess file with authentication or any other method for the site root folder or for a parent folder (authentication restriction, access deny restriction)

Verify the Web security configurations and restrictions on your testing server. Adjust them so that the PHAKT database connection will be allowed to work
