Issue

I cannot activate my products online.

Online activation does not work

Reason

This happens because you are using the MAC OS operating system and connect to the internet via a proxy server.

Due to technical limitations, we currently support online activation on MAC OS only if there is a direct connection to the Internet. Proxy servers are supported only on PC platform.

Solution

In order to activate and fully use your purchased products, you can use the offline activation feature. When switching to offline activation, a hardware-dependant key is generated. Send the key by e-mail to activation@interaktonline.com and you will shortly receive an e-mail message with the activation key.

I am on PC with Windows XP and a proxy server and I get an error when I´m trying to activate online. "Can not connect to server!"

Where I can configure de proxy settings conections in the online activation option on your product?
