Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi
I know this is prgram based for the Macromedia/Adobe suite but it
really sucks, adding and removing extensions can become a real bind.
If Interakt could somehow come up with a version or apply some
pressure if thats possible to adobe to make a more user friendly faster
system. Simple things like allowing you to load an extension
automatically overwriting old files but not newer files, and speeding
up the deleting of extensions.
I know this has always been an issue with the suites and is probably
always overlooked as the main core products are so good, but when it
takes over half an hour to remove an extension (MX Kollection and other
large extensions) then I think this needs to be looked at.
Hopefully one day :)

Hi Stu,
We are aware of the productivity issues that the Extension Manager poses, and we have submited them to the attention of the Macromedia team. They have promissed us to look more into them and possibly issue a correction in the following period. We cannot however say when that will be available.
I am afraid that at the moment there is not much more we can do about this.
