Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Last night InterAKT faced a severe server problem. While backing up
our data and attempting to move the site to a new server, a
burned hard-disk caused the InterAKT Online site and database to be
down for a couple of hours.
We apologize for the issues you have been having in accessing our
site and your accounts, due to this unfortunate event. Because of our
server problem some of our database entries have been lost and we would
need your help in getting everything back in order.
If you posted an issue to this Forum and can no longer find your
entry please post the problem again. Our support team will get to it as
soon as possible.

We are working on solving all issue related to this crash and in no
later than 24 hours the website, user accounts, orders and forum posts
