Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi Interakt, I still haven't recieved an invitation for the Developers Tool box upgrade. Do I have to purchase Dreamweaver before I recieve this offer. I am a Kollection 3 owner as well as many other Interakt products. Are some customers still awaiting this e-mail? Thank you, Ty

Hello Ty,
The current for the Kollection bundle customers, which are entitled to a free upgrade.
Since you do not have Kollection registred in your account, you are eligible for an upgrade at a discounted price. The emails for this upgrade have not been sent yet.
I will let you know when we will start sending those emails.

I have not received the upgrade email yet. Just today I sent a message to contact@interaktonline.com, but just to be sure, I'm posting here also. Your domain has been added to my trusted senders list as an added measure, however I do receive regular posts from the forums without problem.
