Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello Andrew,
The upgrade to Adobe Dreamweaver Developer Toolbox is not possible through the Adobe Store.
All customers eligible for the complimentary upgrade will receive email notifications including upgrade instructions within the next couple of days.
All MX Kollection and MX Kollection Pro customers, which will be able to upgrade at a discounted price, will receive email notifications containing upgrade instructions within one moths following the the product release in their region.
Because you are a Kollection customer, you should receive an upgrade invitation email within the next two days.
Sincerely,
Cristinel

i think it is already sad enough not to release any fix for the old products but to ask your current customer to pay is really a lot. What discount did you have in mind after we spend a fortune on products we can't use anymore and websites we need to upgrade now for our clients????
I wish you would be more forthcoming with some of the information as well all just want to move on. I don't think that is much to ask for independent from your agreements with adobe.

Hello Michael,
I see from your product list that this is not your case, as you are entitled for a free upgrade. And most the InterAKT customers are in the same situation, just because they have upgraded to Kollection.
Customers that have not upgraded to Kollection in the last 8 months will have to pay 50% of the product price in order upgrade to the new product.
We believe that this pricing structure is fair and will give all customers that want to upgrade a good way to access this new version.
Sincerely,
Cristinel

I am still trying to find a replacement for the KTML, does anyone have a suggestion.
It was just over a year ago that I started using InterAKT products and bought all of them, spending quite a bit of cash, now almost all have been retired, to use the extensions I have to switch back to DW8.

Woohoo!
I just got email from Adobe inviting me to upgrade. I followed the instructions and am now registered to be able to download the Developer Toolbox [when they release it].
This is one FREE license. Gotta register within next 60 days though to take advantage of this.

I registered too now I'm just waiting for the email, the funny thing is that the $299.00 version was available yesterday on Adobe, but us faithful customers have to wait.

Hello Andrew,
Please take into consideration that the interaktonle.com website and the adobe.com website are not yet integrated. This is the main reason for this delay.
