Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I have tried to logon the Adobe Pre-release site without success. I tried using my email address and the password you provided. I also tried putting in my email address and clicked on "lost password" only to be informed that the account does not exist. HELP

Hello Michael,
You account has been created but not yet activated. Please allow a 24 hours time until the activation. During this time, you should receive an welcome email. In addition, you need to logout and login again on the prerelease website in order to make the change effective.
