Details - InterAKT Site :: what happens to our registrations?

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Okay, so Inteaktonline might not be closing this week, but it does sound ("data available in some for or other") as though your're, sorry, Adobes bot keeping the status quo.

Hey ho, but what happens to our pre-owned extensions with regard to validation?

If I get a glitch in one of my machines, or go vista, once I've installed DW +Kollection +Kart etc,  how will I be able to revalidate my past purchases, will the validation against my Interakt usr/pass still work?

Hello Mark,

We have not made any official announcement about the interaktonline website shut down.

In fact, we want to be sure that the services required to run will be transfered so that customers will be able to activate the products. We also would like to have all the forum content available for searching and browsing because we think this is a valuable piece of information.

At this moment, there is no need to panic on this regard.
