Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Is it possible for you to advise us of a company which fully supports this product? I am having terrible problems with Webfusion...one of the UK biggest hosts as they only allow 16meg memory allocation when it comes to resizing photos, which is causing our website immense problems. I.e we're having to limit upload size to 300kB and even then we have issues if somebody uploads a image with very low rez but its a large physical size i.e. 2000pixels by 1000 pixels. Also it would be good to have a server requirements area so we can see exactly whats required from this product.

Hello,

We do not have a list of companies that fully support MX Kollection. We do have a minimum requirements page that you can see here which lists the required software and it's version.
