Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I'm just getting back into web programming using Kollection 3 Pro and have to say that your documentation and support is the best I have ever seen. If the Adobe acquisition does eventually lead to the end of Interakt, can I plead for you to make your online documentation available for download, before you close up shop?

Hello Geoff,
I have some good news for you and one of them is the fact that Kollection is going to stay in business for a while.
We are going to release a new product version that will handle the compatibility problems with the next Dreamweaver version as well as the browser compatibility issues.
Moreover, the current documentation is going to be available on the Adobe website, once we switch off the interaktonline.com website.

That is very good news for us, I hope it is good news for you too!
I also hope that Adobe can learn something from your excellent documentation writers; I never expect them to provide the same level of support that Interakt provide(d) however, that was exceptional!
