Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Okay.... So the initial shock has worn off. I was just venting out loud. I am happy for all the folks at interakt. They have worked hard and it is paying off for them.
I hope that some of Interakts genius and foresight will rub off on Adobe.
I am however still a bit concerned with how to handle the sites I have already built with extensions that are being discontinued.
Any thoughts on that one would be appreciated.
Sorry for the outburst Interakt... Your products have been, are, and I'm sure, will continue to be great

I share your conern. I have about 100 sites using InterAKT extentions and now I have to figure out what to do. Maybe the great folks at InterAKT can go start another company and continue to bring us great extentions that Adobe has killed. I can't believe Adobe has such a lack of understanding of our world. InterAKT extentions were among the best out there and Adobe has no understanding and has taken them away. They worked great! And they continue to work great!! I will run them until my computer can no longer run them. I hope that's a few years at least! This will likely mean that I will not buy any Dreamweaver upgrade for fear that my InterAKT extentions will stop running. Adobe is going to lose on this deal!
