Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I send a lot of mail ton interakt support and sale about my download grant, and nobody answer to me, I need to download my program for my web site, and now I lost my time to wait for them, I'm very frustrated about interakt

We are sorry for the delay, I've seen your post from the 25th of August, unfortunately the entire InterAKT team was off site for one week. I see you have two forum posts, one from January, our technical team replayed to your request but they didn't receive answers from you and this second one from August when we were all out.
We put a great deal of effort in support in order to keep all of our customers happy with the products, we are really sorry for the inconvenience that we caused in your case.
