Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi,
I have some issues with the coldfusion server since I installed khtml, it just time out the coldfusion server. I looked at the application log and found that the application www.interaktonline is generating the errors. I pasted a sample file of the application error log:

Should I removed the application (khtml) from the server?

Hello,
These errors should not be caused by KTML. Try removing the KTML control from the page and look at the logs again. If the errors still appear it could be a problem with your connection to the database, as it seems that it is not able to execute some queries.
