ColdFusion General :: KTML on CF and Farcy

Hi,

[sorry i didn't put this in the right place but there isn't a forum for KTML on CF or Farcry.]

I've recently bought Kollection and am trying to get KTML4 going with Farcry. It's all setup and 'instantised' in Farcry - no problems there.

The error is a Javascript one when KTML is trying to display:
'$KTML4_GLOBALS.skip.doctype.check' is null or not an object.

Result is that the content i'm trying to get into the editor is displayed on the page as HTML(!)

I tried forcing a value of 'true' and 'false' to this variable in the javascript file itself... this solved it but then it complained that 'ktml' did not exist.

It's NOT a problem with the value of skip_doctype_check.

There is obviously something very very wrong with variables getting from one KTML component to another and I cannot find any insight on this anywhere.

Please help as we're very excited about getting KTML going and our need is very urgent. We'll need to change editor choice if we can't resolve this quickly.

CFMX 7.0.2
KTML4 developer version 4.1.6 of 2006-08-30

sorry but that's kinda tricky... i've had to disable it so my client can do some work using his site.. and getting to my dev server is tricky...

So, find&replace all occurences of ktml1 with body.

you might want to update what you supply for CF Farcry integrators.
