Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi
I just bought the Kollection package and I can't get it working. I always get "KT_config.inc.cfm cannot be found on the local file list"
Please help me out

Hello,
Do you get this error message while trying to install the extension (the mxp file) ?
Also, did you have a previous version of MX Kollection installed before installing this one?

I get this error when I try to configure on the InterAKT Control Panel. No I have not hav earlier versions on my computer.

Hello,
This could be related to a locking issue on that file. Please close Dreamweaver and follow the steps presented in this thread to recreate the includes folder.
