Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello!
I purchased my DW8 upgrade through the Interakt website several months ago. Since I already owned the software being offered, I thought I read somewhere that I'd get some kind of credit to my account ($50 or something) toward another purchase. Well, I just bought the big MX Kommerce package, did receive a discount for the stuff within it I already owned, but did not see any additional discount for buying the DW upgrade.
Is there something else I was supposed to do before making the purchase? Help!

You are entitled to a 129$ discount for purchasing through the InterAKT offer, but in order to benefit from it you need to notify us prior to making the purchase so that we can offer you a coupon code.
Would you like me to offer you a partial refund for the order you just entered or would you like to save this discount for a later purchase?

All it takes is for you to send an e-mail to contact[AT]interaktonline.com specifying the products you want and the e-mail that you used to make the Dreamweaver purchase (if different from the one regularly used).
