Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

All: I just tried to update my KHTML and Kollection (to 4.1.0 and 3.6.5 respectively). What I did: 1) Removed the last versions (4.1 and 3.6.0). 2) Installed the new extensions. I did NOT backup the configuration (Config) directory as speicfied in the Technote 'cuz I didn't want to lose all the *other* config stuff I've accumulated / set (it has taken me awhile to set things up the way I like them!) Anyway, I received an error dialog (consistently) when I tried to install the HELP extensions for both products. My configuration: * MacOSX 10.4.6 / Intel (Macbook Pro) * DW 8.0.2 I'm attaching the error dialog in this EMAIL (TIFF from the Grab utility). SHould be a simple permisison problem ... can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks, Charlie

Hello,

Please uninstall and then remove all the InterAKT products and then install them again. After the installation please delete the FileCache.dat file from the Configuration folder and try to reproduce the problem.

If the problem persist please give us a screenshot with your Extension Manager in order for us to take a look and try to find the problem.

Best Reproduce,
Catalin Anastasoaie
