Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello I've just apgraded my version of MX File upload behaviour, and the Show thumbnail behaviour doesn't works, I get this message error : Reference error : KT PersistentCheckbox is not defined. I tried to install it again, and it do the same.

What can I do ?

Please attach here a screenshot from your Extension Manager window and tell me what is te exact version of your Dreamweaver.

Hello!
I have the Kollection Extension, I have it for some time.
After last upgrade, I installed it fine in my dreamweaver MX 2004.
My thumbnails generaton had the option for popup and watermark. Perfect.
Suddenly, after some time my dreamweaver started to get heavy, too many projects perhaps. Anyways, it started crashing.
I reenstalled the whole thing, dreaweaver and your extensions. Same version as before.
But this time, no more popup and watermark options..
Curiously enough, im working on a project that will use these elements throughout the whole site.
I read about these functions only being available for DW8, so I went to Adobe.com and bought my upgrade, as I need to finish this web site soon.
1 day later, adobe sends me confirumation of purchase.

I reenstalled DWMX2004 and ran the upgrade package I had just downloaded.

After this, I went on to installing the extensions for the third or forth time.

Now I installed the extensions, and when I open DW8, I get the activation message from Interakt, saying i have activated this product too many times.... oh boy..

So I close DW and open again, now activation goes fine.

But now after all this, and 199 dollars later, Kollection Thumbnail still not displaying the POPUP or WATERMARK... :(

I have already tried all these option on the forum, removing files, deleting theme.

Still nothing works.

Can someone please advise on this matter?
I would very much apreciate some help.
I dont expect to have to format my computer over this matter.
