Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I need to confirm something with you guys. I have just upgraded my
Dreamweaver to Studio 8. I was installing your extensions into
Extension Manager. When I do this and extensions are already there,
there used to be two buttons that I had access to in the
Extension Manager alert where it would come up and say "this file
already exists, do you want to overwrite it." It would then give me two
extra buttons "No to All" and "Yes to All". But now in Studio 8 they
are gone.
I phoned Adobe and they do not want to take responsibility for these
two buttons missing. They are saying this
is your problem. They don't support 3rd Party extensions. Is the button
issue your problem, or their problem. The Support level 1 person talked
to her manager and said this is not our issue. After trying to get help
from them, they hung up on me. This is going to be a wild time with
Adobe.

Hello Gary,
Unfortunately, this is not a problem caused by us. The extensions use the platform from the Extension Manager, so I'm afraid there is not much we can help you with on this problem.
I'm sorry about this.
Regards,
Florin

Did you find a solution to this issue? Anyone else have this issue? I sure do and it is a pain to press the YES button a gazillion times to overwrite files. I too do not have a YES TO ALL button in the Extension Manager. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
