Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

How difficult would it be to export data so it can be imported into Excel? MX Survey creates a nice page to view the data from a survey but my marketing department needs the data imported into MS Excel to create other reports. An example would be the "John Smith" data and his answers need output and then imported into MSE. The same for all responders. Would 'MX CSV Import-Export' work for this and how?

Hello Roy,
The problem you facing is quite difficult to be done for us too. The real problem in this situation is the database structure which is by far the most complex one among the ones that were ever shipped into our products. We had to make each entity into the survey use case an absrtact one and the most challenging thing was to define the multiple MTM's tables that defines the relationship between them.
The CSV Import Export by the other part, allow you to get the results of a single SQL as is normal. Therefore the solution to your problem will be to gather all the information that you want to be exported into a different table (to have a flat set of data) and then to export them.
Our specialists may try to develop a custom solution for you in this situation. We will need a full description of the problem and the exact description of the desired results for an accurate estimation for the hourly consulting service we provide. In this situation you should contact us by email using the consulting@interaktonline.com with these details.
Regards,
Cristian MARIN
