Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello,
I already use several interakt products (MX Newsletter, MX
Kollection, ...) and now I'm interested in MX Survey for a customer project
which starts next week. The features of the MX Survey tool are really fine, but
I also have to find out the answers of each user which filled out our survey.
The best solution will be, if there is any opportunity to e-mail the current
result of each participant directly after he has finished the survey, or export the
results as a csv file. Can I do something like this with MX Survey or du I have
to look for another survey software?
Because I already use interact products,
it would be very fine, if I can use your products for my new customer
project.
Please answer soon, because I have to start the project next
week.

Hello Matthias,
Are you saying you want to em-ail to the user a intermediate statistic of the survey's result or a report containing his answer in the survey?
Anyway, this fature is not available in MX Survey by default.

The email should just contain the answers of the current participant. So if there are 100 participants, I need to recieve 100 E-Mails.
For example:
User MisterX fills out the survey. First querstion he answerd with A, the second querstion with C and the third querstion with A. After he finished the survey, the admin should get an email like this:

participant: MisterX
Question 1: A
Querstion 2: C
Querstion3: A
Date/Time: 22.01.2006 13:25

How can I do this with MXSurvey?

Is your answer the officialy answer from Interakt? It's to comlicated for this software? So you can't help me to integrate this feature in MXSurvey? You know, our customer needs this feature ... and in this forum you can see that some other users would like to habe this feature, too.

Yes, this is the official InterAKT position for this matter.
The issue you are facing is not one of our products features or an installation related problem. Therefore this is beyond the scope of our support department and we can't help you further more in this direction.
We usually try to help our clients even if their targets could not be achieved easy with the products features but the scenario you have is quite complex. Unfortunatelly we don't have the resources to explain you the entire arhitecture of the database and the application logic therefore the fastest method for both of us will be in this situation to get help if you needed from the dedicated custom development team.
We have a very specialized development team which implements features or customize our products for our customers as they request. They could be contacted by email to consulting@interaktonline.com for an initial estimation. You should provide them the full details of how the reports to be sent by email should look like and when to be sentso they could know exactly what is to be done.
