Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

in your products roadmap, "mx survey" will be compatible with your mx kollection 3 or will be discontinued ? asked you this information because I have necessity to plan my roadmap... thanks

Hi Michele,

Unfortunately for the moment we do not envision a new version of MX Survey, one that would be compatible with MX Kollection.

This product will remain as is, with no improvements in the next year.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

I have understood that "mx survey" is discontinued... my customer ask me from 1 year, solution about these bugs:

is not possible for me to reseller "mx survey" without technical support (I have "MX Kollection 3" installed in my workstation and for me is not possible modify mx survey
)... my last hope is that at least "mx newsletter" will be soon compatible.
