Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi,
i have no answer on my postbox. I have paid for MX Survey - I have wrote the support - nobody answer me!
What happen? My order is confirmed and I ordered MX Survey, but I cant download: "You have no products to download."
Is that your understanding of support? Is that normally on your business?
I will my money back! That's fraud here!
I'm angry....I will warn on my board for you, when you not answer till 4 hours.

Hello Thomas,
Our site contains an automatic subscribing engine which was developed to add the products you have paid after you return from the 2Checkout to your account. In your case it seems that the automatic registration didn't work because you didn't returned from the 2Checkout payment gateway by pressing the Finish button.
Our support team is not working on saturday and sunday our office working program beeing from monday to friday between 7AM to 4PM GMT. This is the reason why you didn't received any answer to your email sent yesterday.
Someone from the sales department will check this order manually and will register the product to your account as we speak.

all works fine. Thank you, but why call mx suvey lite? I have no bought a lite version...or is it the 1 Domain Version?

Before the MXSurvey release our licenses were called Lite and the Full but we thought that these names weren't appropriate so later we change them to 1 Domain and Unlimited Domains so users may know their differences just by looking to their names.
We changed the names of licenses but the names of the packages seems to be remained unchanged. Because no one didn't complain about this we didn't observed the difference. Based on your report I have opened a ticket and later today we will change the name of the packages as well according to the licenses names.
