Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hopefully someone can please help me.  I have MXShop running well on one site and have tried to set it up on another.  Everything looks good until I checkout.  It goes through step 1, and step 2 (enter billing information) - then it skips the step 3 (shipping information form) and goes directly to step 4 - (Confirm Order) and then throws an error when trying to connect to the payment gateway.

I'm not sure what to do!  Site is:  www.lorganiqueskincare.com

Make sure your product weight is not 0.

It sound like session poblem. 

At this time MX SHop ist EOL. Please use another Tool or try the new ADDT from Adobe.
