Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi Fernando,

Yes, shipping is a bit of a problem with MX Shop. I have the same problem and have decided to stop using the handling/shipping rate database tables in favour of a simple if/then/else structure to give me fixed shipping rates at certain weights, ie 1-5kg at one rate, 6-10kg at a different rate etc. This could easily be adapted to substitute volume for weight. I haven't quite got it worked out yet, but am happy to let you have the code when it's done if you think it will help you.
