Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Has anyone had any luck getting the volume discount to apply to products and their options? 

By default, VD just discounts the main product, so for example if you had a ball which costs $10 and if you want it green it is an additional $5, the total price would of course be $15. 

If on top of that you had a volume discount of 10%, as it stands you would only get $1 off (10% of the base $10 price). I need it to discount $1.50 (10% of the total price).

Any help would be much appreciated. This is quite urgent as I have a live site which is not discounting correctly.
