Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi,
Sorry to see the support site closing - one last problem if you can help. I am using the simple email option for orders, and have a custom email trigger on the return.php page. The trigger is not working and it seems that none of the $processPayment->registerTriggers are working. Are these triggers only activated if there is a payment to process? My url is armscar.com.au

Hi Chris,
The triggers will work if the processPayment transaction will actually start - which is when "orderID" parameter is sent to the "return.php" page by POST.
