Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I am trying to login as the administrator but get the error message

LOGIN_MESSAGE_LABEL
You must have the proper credentials to access this page. Please login.
 
The details in the database look ok.
 
I have seen this problem reported in the forum but there did not appear to be an answer. Can anyone help me ?

Hello,

Please make sure that the use you are trying to log in with has the proper level to access the admin pages. Does the login system work for front-end users or they cannot log in either?

This is an old page. It uses to work just fine. There are no levels involved.
