Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi,
I am having trouble getting the 'forgot password' email to work. The email does not send the correct password, in fact it sends a different one each time. The 'Welcome' email sent the correct password when I first established the account. I am using password encryption.

Hello,
This is the normal behavior when using encrypted passwords. Because we use a one way encryption algorithm, clear text passwords cannot be recovered, so a new one is generated. On the welcome email we can send the clear text password because we can get it from POST.
