Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello,
I am trying to setup the PGP email Payment Gateway with my version 3.7.1 of MX Shop. I tried following the advice in the Payment Gateway section of your 3.0 guide, but for some reason I have gotten an error. I was wondering if you could tell me what I might have gotten wrong based on the error. Here is the error:

My web host figured out the error was from a whitespace character (" ") added to the end of the "/home/username/.gnupg" path I had entered into PGP Email Payment Gateway properties. Now the error does not show.
But now I have another problem!!! When the transaction goes thru it leaves me at the Return URL "MXKart/return.php" and no email is sent. I don't not recieve an encrypted order email from the customer and the customer also does not receive an order email.
Please help.

This particular problem was solved............ For some reason it was taking a while to send me the PGP order emails.....but I got them!!
