Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Recently I moved my sites to a new server.
Now MX Newsletter Admin and User only display a blanc page.
No errors, nothing, just he blanc page.
I have allready spend hours to figure out what is the problem.
On the new server there is PHP 5.0.18 and MySQL 4.1.13-max.
Read something about permanent connections ON or OFF. But changing that doesn't make any difference.
I'm sorry to see MXNewsletter to be discontinued. Do I get a refund?
I'm even more sorry to see Interkt being bought by Adobe. Bad move!!!
Hope support stays at high level it was before.

Hello,
When MX Newsletter was developed, PHP 5 was not released so they are not entirely compatible. For example, it needs register_long_arrays turned On. Try to set this to On from php.ini to see if this solves your problem.

register_long_arrays is set to ON, but no difference.

Note: The admin panel is available now and also is the register form (direct).
