This thread was displayed: 499 times
Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.
For more information about the affected products visit: www.interaktonline.com/Support/

Hello,
We also need the username/password combination, to be able to duplicate the problem. You can use a private post, if you don't want other users to see it.
Also, can you give us some more indications about the problme you are having?
Regards,
Florin

The problem is the the web user does not have the proper rights on the uploaded files - they are creted with 600 rights. If you upload the files dirrectly by FTP, they are given the proper permission (644) and they will be seen in KTML interface.
This is a known issue that appear with some server configurations for KTML 3.2.5 and you will have to upgrade your current KTML version to the latest version that you own (3.6.5 or 3.7.0 I think).
After you download the newer .mxp file, before installing you will:
- back-up your site
- open the "admin/nl/templates/form.php" file in Dreamweaver (and any other file containing KTML) and remove KTML
- close Dreamwer and uninstall KTML 3.2.5
Then, install the newer KTML version, open DW, open "admin/nl/templates/form.php" file, select the "sourcehtml_tem" form element and apply KTML on it. Save the page and upload all files on testing server.
Let me know if you still face any problems.
