Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

When attempting to send a newsletter the apache2 error log shows this for each receipients:

sendmail: fatal: usage: sendmail [options]
sendmail: invalid option -- O

Of course, the mails are not sent. What can make this happen?

Hello,

Please check your newsletter configuration file and see if you have not configured the sendmail with the --O parameter which is invalid. If this is not set, or if removing it does not solve the problem, please post in a private message FTP connection details and the URL ro your site so we can test this.
