Hi,
I have KTML working really well for my online website builder I have created, but one problem I am having now which was not happening before is that the Template button doesn't work any more. I get the "Illegal" error I have seen so many times before. I have checked all my paths and they are all correct. I did notice that if I removed the ktpl files from the folder, it then loaded correctly but then showed that there were no templates...
It seems that it cannot read the KTPL files properly. Has anyone seen this before? It's the one last hurdle in me launching my website builder...
Thanks,
Anthony

Hi,
Unfortunately I can't provide FTP access but I have tried to debug myself by turning debug on in ktm.config.inc.php and when i try and open the templates via the template button I get the "Show" debug button which displays this error:-
ERROR:
SP:
Module folder, method read
==== Server resp /> Fatal error: Call to undefined function KT_cleanContent() in D:\public_html\includes\ktm\ktml4_functions.inc.php on line 239
==== End server resp
I know that that function is to strip serverside code from the html but why would it show that error when trying to thumbnail the ktpl files?? If the folder is empty it opens fine without the error. It only shows the error when there are files with .ktpl in them.
I have just noticed that now it also does this same error on trying to insert documents as well as ktpl files. I'm not sure what has changed because I have recreated the includes folder and it still does it...
I really hope you may have an answer before you stop supporting this product because this is the last snag that I have in this year and a half long project :)
Thanks.
Anthony
