KTML for Dreamweaver Forum :: KTML and InterAKT dynamic charts

Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hello,
I have problems with two products: KTML and InterAKT dynamic charts.
KTML:
When I try to upload an image I get an error, saying that I have
permission denied in
usr/local/apache/htdocs/ktmllite/ktedit/popups/newupload.php.
InterAKT dynamic charts:
When I insert a chart, I get this error in the website:
You must have installed GD!
There are no values to plot the chart!
The folder for storing the chart images could not be created:
includes/MXCharts/Charts_Img/
And I am sure I have the GD libraries installed in the server....
I am using MySQL and PHP in a Linux server.
I would really appreciate any help!

Hi Caroline
KTML:
Please make sure that you have the folder where you want to upload is writtable. You can do it through the file manager when you should change the permissions to read write and execute.
If you are in a remote server you can achieve this by going into your FTP connection and putting permissions of the folder

Hi Caroline:
Please check some of our technotes and make sure that the GD library is the right version

The writting permision explains the issue with the Chart image folder which needs to be manually created.
The technote about the GD Library requirements ask for version 2.x which will support the functions we work with.
