Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Just upgraded to Firefox 3.6 and are haviong problems with KTML

1. The buttons are not displaying.
Fix that by removing the following line in /ktm/core/mozilla_ie_compat.js

obj_doc.readyState = "complete";

2. CSS Style dropdown is not usuable.
Anyone got a fix for this?

Thanks for the problem solving on the first issue. My clients started phoning this morning and luckily I had a quick fix for them.

Although your solution works for FireFox 3.6, it does not appear to work for Safari, or Chrome. At least KTML works in both IE and Firefox - giving a choice.

As for your second problem, I dont' have an answer - but if I find one I will post it for everyone.
