Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

Hi,
I recently transferred a site to a new host and now the image and file upload capabilities of KTML are no longer working. When I open the file listing window (for example) and click Upload, select a new file (pdf or doc) I get the hourglass cursor and nothing happens. I am forced to close the window with the X button.
The Uploads folder (and the Media and Files sub-folders) all have permissions set to 777. As I said, this used to be working on the old host (Dreamhost) but now no longer works on the new host (http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk/). Any ideas what the problem is?

I actually have the exact same behaviour however i am using IIS and not apache as the linked Technote implies. I have checked and double checked the NTFS permissions to the image upload folders and all is well. Any ideas?
