Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I am having a similar problem with V 1.1 Net framework with exactly the same message except for the version number. In this case it relates to permission to read a file. i am the administrator and cannot see where I can give myself extra approval?

Hi Harry,

You do not have to grant permissions to the account that you use to login, but to the user as which the web server is running - on windows it is usually IUSR_[machinename] and IWAM_[machinename]. You need to add read / write permissions on these folders for these users in order to have image processing work correctly.
