Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

I finally made the switch to a new computer. I thought this is going to be great! Mt stuff is going to fly!
Well, guess what. I can't use it because I can't find phakt 3.7.1.
Can anyone mail it to bbutle01@gmail.com? If it's 'legal' I'll keep up a download for anyone looking for it for quite a while. Is it legal?

We've started a community effort to atleas maintain distribution and hopefully continue development of PHAkt at http://openphakt.sourceforge.net.
Unfortunately, despite being advertised as an opensource product, PHAkt 3.0 and later versions contain proprietary code from ImpAKT/Kollection with explicit notices prohibiting distribution. Because of this we can't re-distribute Phakt 3.0 and later, and re-writing the code would supposedly take considerable effort.
We've tried to contact Adobe and Adobe Systems Romania on numerous occasions, via email, their contact form, these and other forums and by phoning people at adobe and leaving voicemail messages, sadly Adobe chooses not to respond nor to make any public statement.

Yeah, I've been all over the sf site hoping to find something with no response. If anyone has an anon email account and wants to send it to bbutle01@gmail.com I won't post it for download.
In one post one of the IAKT employee's said we could likely find a 3.7.1 mxp floating around on the internet somewhere, but I haven't had such luck. I think it was IONUT.
I found a 3.7.0 in some older stuff, but my other produts are 3.7.1 so I get a missmatch notice, and 'old version' notice every time I start dreamweaver ;(
