I'm encountering a very difficult-to-reproduce bug. Once in a while, a single character is lost in my JS code. Since I'm not able to reproduce the bug at will, I can't tell you more than this particular experience:

Yesterday, I had selected some code, hit backspace key, and the code was deleted, along with a single unselected character that was on the next line. The character was near the tail end of the selection on the next line.

I tried many, many times to reproduce this bug to no avail. Just this morning my code started to fail because a single character was missing in a JS string, which was the name of an event. I don' t recall editing around that character. I might have been. I just don't know.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I think you may have hit a bug. It definitely needs more investigation and it is noted on our side.

Thank you.
