Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

After installing the XML Import-Export module from fresh, i tried this out on a blank cfm page. When i run the page, its gives me this error : Could not find the included template triggers/tNG_TidyContent.inc.cfm. I checked the folder and its not there. Could you let me know how to install this file?

Thanks for that. I just had to update the includes folder using the control panel, was using a preivous versio which did not have the correct template files.
