Starting with 17th May 2007, Adobe Systems will stop offering support for any version of the discontinued InterAKT products. As a result, we will not answer to new support incidents starting with May 17th, 2007. Pending support incidents will still be followed in order to be closed. The product forums will remain open and be transformed in user-to-user forums. The general forums will be made read-only and not allow new posts or comments.

     Hi - having downloaded MX Navigation Pack 5 times it now shows in the "My Products" section as "Downloads Limit exceded"  It's shown this for the past three months.  I was expecting it would be reset to 5 but this hasn't happened.  How can I get it reset to allow more downloads? I downloaded it 5 times to try out the different versions to see which would work the best.  Thanks - Alastair

      I have reset your download counter and now you should be able to download them from your account.
